This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Abdel is cool and open minded to ideas about the the school and media. I was able to meet people and create strong bonds with them. The the school is the organization most dedicated to promoting the wellbeing of their students that I have seen on worldpackers. Even if it is a for profit institution, Abdel and Luke are dedicated to the wellbeing of the community and trying to provide an opportunity to improve their lives and as well as provide cultural exchange between the students and the volunteers. They are attentive to the needs and wellbeing of the volunteers and always ready for feedback. Stanshkl Hwa!

Abdel and Luke were very attentive and helpful. I felt respected and cared for as if I were one of the family. Every Sunday was adventure day and we visited many local waterfalls, rivers and bonded in local natural settings. I felt welcomed by all the people I met in Kelaa and would love to return to send time with my new friends. I made great friendships with the other volunteers and hope to meet up with them in the future.

If you are looking for a cultural experience supported by a group of dedicated professionals, I suggest you consider volunteering with Abdel and his team. I taught 9 - 19 yo students English at one of their schools, located in Attaouia, a small town 1h East of Marrakech. I taught 1-1 lessons for 3 hr/day average. I stayed at an apt 3 mins walk from the the school. Meals were not included. Tried the local cuisine and also cooked. Abdel checked in frequently and small things were taken care of immediately. Two highlights were the deep conversations with the staff and the contact with the students.
