Chiara and Erik are absolute sweethearts, always attentive and more than willing to lend a helping hand with whatever you need. I stayed for 1 month and I would definitely do it all over again. The atmosphere at the hostel is wonderful. I really enjoyed working at the front desk, as it allowed me to practice and improve my English on a daily basis. If you're thinking about coming, don't hesitate to sign up! You're going to have a wonderful experience!! ;)

The shifts are flexible and well organised, and the managers are super friendly and always open to requests. The work is simple and well explained, and I always received help and advice when needed. The hostel is clean and has everything you need. The city is really nice, compact and well located for small trips to nearby cities. Overall, a great experience!

I stayed here for a month, and the time flew by. It was a very relaxed and peaceful environment, giving me plenty of downtime to unwind or focus on my personal projects. Both the managers were kind and helpful, with great leadership skills, but Chiara in particular went above and beyond to assist me on a personal level. The other volunteers were quite welcoming, and we coordinated very well together. Overall, this is a great place to stay, and I would absolutely love to return one day.

Staying at the hostel was an amazing experience! We've got along with other volunteers so well, I've surely made some new forever friendships! Nijmegen is a beatiful historical city, I wish I had more than just a month for roaming around and exploring. The shifts we're pretty easy, the hostel is well maintained, the manager (Erick) is awesome, loved it! The working time is also very flexible, so if you need certain days or hours off, there is no problem with that. The communication is pretty quick and straightforward🌞

I had an amazing time at this hostel.
Every staff member and volunteer was so nice and friendly, and I naturally got to learn about different cultures.
The hostel is located in the middle of the city, so it was really convenient. There are also a couple of parks nearby, which are perfect for walking and relaxing.
I came to love both this hostel and this city through my stay here.
I would totally recommend coming here as a volunteer!

Thank you for the chance to spend one month in this great-located hostel! Everything was just like it was shown on WP. Living in an international environment can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, but I really enjoyed this diversity and I hope we will stay in touch. I also recommend having a good financial reserve, because the Netherlands is quite an expensive country. And it's also helpful to know at least some basic Spanish phrases :-).
