Sometimes long days are required but therefore you get good time off to enjoy Cancun and the surrounding areas.

This was my first volunteering experience and, overall, very positive. I had total flexibility creating social media content, and Sam was super helpful, approachable, and always attentive to our needs with fast replies. It was also a great place to practice English and Spanish, and I made friends that I want to keep for life! Like any volunteering, you have to adapt to unconventional situations and shared living, but at the end of the day, it was so worth it. The volunteering community was vibrant, free of drama, promotions on tours and drinks were great and the rules made sense. Thank you!!!

Really nice hostel with a super social atmosphere! The volunteer team is quite big, so it’s a perfect place to make new friends. You get three days off a week, which gives you plenty of time to explore around Cancún, and they also provide some basic food for volunteers. I would recommend the experience✨

The hostel is a special place full of vibrant people especially those in leadership. It is a party hostel so socialization is heavily emphasized. The team was almost always well suited for the place, so it felt easy to meet new friends. It's located in the heart of Cancun and there is plenty to do around. In addition to going out with other volunteers and guests to the clubs, there are also opportunities to take advantage of tours which is an awesome bonus. There is also a trip to a unique beach daily. The workload can be heavy - not all the time & in reality it's fun. 10/10 recommend.

I left early because the experience didn't match the listing. The room didn't match the photos, and I was sometimes scheduled for 12 hours instead of the agreed 8. Overnight shifts weren't clearly disclosed. If no guests joined a beach shift, I was assigned maintenance work, which wasn't listed either. Food portions were small, and I didn't find the meals tasty or nutritious. Kitchen access was limited, the space was very dirty, and the fridge barely worked. I liked the other volunteers, but wouldn't recommend the experience.

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel. The managers, Samantha and Dani, were wonderful to work with and very helpful with information about the area. They accommodated me well when I had to leave a little but early from my experience.
The hostel was very social and the daily events were super helpful for making friends.
My only critique would be that this opportunity is definitely more well suited for VERY long term stays, like atleast a couple months, because the workload can be heavy and very tiring so you will need alot of time to experience everything Cancún has to offer.
