We hope volunteers are in good physical condition because most of the work is physical. We cannot guarantee that a specific activity will be carried out during the entire stay, since we always do what at this moment is the most urgent and/or necessary.
We need people who know how to work with cement, construction materials to repair houses, roofs, etc., also for wood construction.
We are looking for people who know what they are doing in this field; we cannot teach them ourselves. Also willingness to help in field work and garden if this becomes more important at this moment, for example weeding, watering gardens with a hose but also in our forest reserve watering by carrying buckets of water, etc....
We also expect volunteers to have a conscious and reverent attitude toward nature as well as the ability to work with will in a conscious manner even though we give them a task to do in a solitary way.

This is decided according to needs and the internal organization of activities. Sometimes we can arrange with the volunteers but in general they cannot choose their schedule; they must adapt to community needs.
