What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating daily social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Filming and editing reels and short-form videos
* Capturing life around the ranch including:
* regenerative farming
* organic food production
* animals and gardens
* yoga and wellness
* sustainability systems
* workshops and tours
* volunteer life and community experiences
* Following weekly content themes and campaigns provided by our team
* Helping brainstorm creative content ideas
* Assisting in other areas of the ranch to learn about our systems and document authentic experiences
This is not a “sit behind a laptop all day” position. We want someone excited to immerse themselves in ranch life, participate in the community, and help share the experience with the world.
When volunteers have completed tasks required for Social Media and Web designning, they will be asked to help in other areas such as: serving the buffet, gardening and others, according to the Ranch's needs.
Schedule is 6 days but hours can be flexible as well. One day per week to rest.
Yoga is offered at 4 p.m.
Smoking and drinking is not allowed in the dorms area.
Excess of alcohol or drug using is a reason of dismissal of the program.
This program is a 4 week commitment.
