Really fine communication with a good location. Dorm for volunteers was neat and had good space. Together with the volunteers had a good time. I only hoped for more connection with guests becausethe the hotelwas in the name. The place only has private rooms so u do not really have contact with the guests outside of working at reception/breakfast.

For starters, the reason I put 3 stars is because firstly, it's not athethethe hotel. It's a the hotelthat used to be athe the hotelso you won't meet many travelers other than the small few volunteers. Secondly, it's was little things such as the wifi never worked, schedules were always assigned very late, and I just think there was poor communication, and they don't like to leave reviews for us. Other than that, Max and Guada are amazing people and very flexible with the scheduling. They worked around me not knowing Spanish and I did learn alot of Spanish while my time here. I would recommend working here!

Sono stato lì per un mese e fin dall\'inizio mi sono sentito a mio agio e ben accolto, sia da chi gestisce l\'hotel come dagli altri volontari.
Tutte le linee guida del volontariato che compaiono vengono seguite alla lettera.
È un posto tranquillo e ben organizzato.

L'albergo è molto buono, ottimo spazio, accogliente, mi è piaciuto molto, lo staff è super attento e disponibile, sfortunatamente ho dovuto partire prima per problemi personali, ma mi piacerebbe tornare in futuro, lo consiglio vivamente

È un posto per ritrovarti, sperimentare , imparare, crescere e anche sentirsi familiare con tutto il team e soprattutto con Max che ti dà sempre fiducia e questa capacità di capire le tue abilità e dove puoi svilupparti al meglio. 100% consiglio questa esperienza e grazie mille

L'esperienza è stata buona, è più l'hotelqueelelel hotel, ma ci sono comunque buone vibrazioni e uno sforzo per aiutarti a conoscere la capitale.

Me encanto la experiencie en esteelel hotel, esta ubicado en una excelente zona para poder conocer la ciudad. Maxi y Guada son muy buenos anfitriones, me recibieron con mucha calidez.

Una experiencia súper linda!! Genere una relación muy entralable con todos los chicos del equipo, tanto con los voluntarios como con maxi y guada. Las tareas fueron súper fáciles de hacer, había flexibilidad con los horarios de trabajo y siempre quedaba tiempo para salir a recorrer la ciudad. La verdad que me quedé con muchas ganas de volver.
