The experience in the hostel was incredible, I met people from all over the world and I practiced my English a lot, and Spanish too, the tasks that I did were quite easy, plus I had a lot of free time to get to know Playa del Carmen and others nearby cities. Incredible, the hostel is a magic place! If you want to make new friends, learn a lot about different cultures and have a lot of fun, it's the right place for you too! I stayed at the hostel for 5 weeks, nightshift at the reception was a quiet easy job and a lot of fun to met new people from all over the world. The hostel itself is a very nice place, I spent so much time on the rooftop.. the vibe is so relaxing and familiar. But the best and magic thing about this place are the sociable and warm-hearted people over there.. the hostel is a home away from home! Thank you for everything gladly again the hostel!

This was a great experience, An amazing place to build friendships that you'll never forget, I'm sad that I didn't get to stay my entire 4 weeks do to some personal problems at home but the two weeks I was in the hostel were the best to weeks EVER! And the staff at the hostel are amazing and caring people! I'm going to miss everyone so much !

That was my first volunteering experience; from day one they made me feel part of the team, a pleasant and very fun atmosphere with the rest of the volunteers, guests and the staff. They were flexible with the schedules, which is greatly appreciated to organize the days, and the tasks are simple. The place has a special energy; it is transmitted to those who stay as well as to those who collaborate there. Without a doubt, it is an experience I carry with me with a lot of affection and gratitude. I would definitely recommend hostel to those who are looking for something more than just a place to stay; I lived great days there.

From the start it was a matter of adapting to the facilities and one or another small inconvenience, but I quickly felt at home, I felt super comfortable with the atmosphere, the team especially Jeny, and the volunteers, the tasks were simple and allowed me to enjoy the rest of the day very well. It was my second volunteering experience at the hostel and I was very happy to return; I love the location, very close to the beach and Fifth Avenue.
