Activities & Shift

We work with 5 shifts per week/person, 5 hours each: from 8 am to 1 pm, from 1 pm to 6 pm and from 6 pm to 11 pm. In the morning shift, we expect you to help us preparing the beds for the day's check-ins, so that the cleaning lady (an external company) can dedicate herself to cleaning the rooms and common spaces. We also rely on volunteers to maintain the cleaning and help with reception work (more present in the second and third shifts): cash flow control, filling in guest data, payments and customer service. All volunteers receive training when they arrive. In addition, we have a manual with all the information regarding our channel manager + a document with frequently asked questions, so that you can provide the best possible service. In case of doubt, we are always available (when not in person, via WhatsApp).

Rules

We expect you to help us act and spread our values, towards a more sustainable, inclusive, tolerant, less indifferent and more harmonious world!
