What an awesome experience it was at the Hostal Climbhouse. Javier & Diego have created a great project there in Puerto Varas and it was privilege to be apart of it. They are welcoming, friendly and very fair and often visit the hostel to check-in with volunteers and share a coffee. Truly (hostal cat) is also very welcoming if you bring gifts of food! Haha. I hope to return to the Climbhouse one day whether as a guest or a volunteer. 10/10 recommendation. Thank you Javier and Diego!

My time at Clubhouse hostel was simply amazing. Javier and Diego made me feel so welcome. The work was easy and straightforward, and I was given ample to explore the local region. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone!

I absolutely loved it here. Chungo and Diego were so welcoming, the hostel had such a cosy welcoming atmosphere, with the most beautiful views of the lake and volcano. I cannot reccommend this enough, I truly had one of the best times of my life here!!

It was a very pleasant stay at this place with a unique location, for someone like me who loves places near the water and with a lot of greenery around, I loved it! Thanks to Leader Javier(Chungo) and to the group who were always there to help and teach the basic tasks, always remembering the enjoyment of the place that obliges you to maintain a relaxed pace! Highly recommended!

My experience at Climb House was amazing!
Javier and Diego are spectacular, approachable people who are always willing to help.
Something I value a lot is the trust they place in volunteers; they give you responsibility from the very first moment and make you part of the project.
The work is very well organized and it gives you plenty of free time to explore and get to know the area.
Also, the hostel's atmosphere is wonderful.
I take away incredible memories and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the best place to stay in Puerto Varas.

An incredible experience!
I felt welcomed from the very first minute. This hostel is very cozy and I always felt at home; the tasks are very simple and they are super flexible in case something comes up.
I want to highlight the hosts, Javier and Diego, who were always attentive to anything I needed, and of course to truly🐈 the cutest kitten in Puerto Varas!
Without a doubt I will return; more than a volunteer experience, it was my home 💗

I spent two incredible weeks at the hostel, it really felt like a home to me. I enjoyed my entire stay, both at work and in my free time exploring. The place is very nice, it has a very good location, good views, it is very safe, and the owners and the volunteers are very cool, there is a very lovely vibe and a very welcoming atmosphere. I was in the off-season, so the shifts were very calm. Without a doubt I would come back. I miss you all already! Thanks for everything <3

If I came to Chile a thousand times, a thousand times I would return to Puerto Varas and would choose to volunteer at the hostel. Javier and Diego are great hosts, always very available and friendly. The schedules are flexible and have always been respected. I leave here with great laughs and an immense nostalgia for Truly [the hostel's kitten], my favorite chubby one who slept with me every day, s2s2s2.

I loved it! Really wonderful, it's a second home for me, the work is easy, and you only have to stay alert; the owners make you feel at home, welcome and heard, in addition to the great atmosphere that forms among volunteers, we played cards and drank micheladas ✨️ And Truly (the cat) is the sweetest there is, although he only gives affection when he wants food haha, But if he's in a bad mood, it's likely that his litter box is dirty I recommend you go, the location is great, the vibe is great, and the people are great 💕
