Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly kind, open, and friendly. I met so many wonderful people. The work wasn't hard at all, and they truly respected our time off. However, one week before I arrived, I was informed that there were already too many volunteers, and my only option was to work half the time and pay 1200 shekels. I ended up being quite happy with this arrangement because it gave me plenty of free time to explore Tel Aviv. I would definitely recommend volunteering at this hostel. Thank you all for such an amazing time! 🫶

This was the best experience ever !! I recommend this to anyone who wants to experience Tel Aviv and live in the best neighborhood and work with the best people❤️. What's really cool about Rogers house is that you can develop any skills that you want - for example, I just became a yoga teacher and was able to lead classes; others could practice painting or carpentry and so on. I had so much fun and made great friends. The work hours are 100% respected and you receive great perks like a delicious coffee from the cafe every day, free laundry, team dinner and supplies for breakfast, and more!💙🤍

Wow! Where do I begin. Rogers house was truly such a unique and special place. I was worried going in, as it was my first volunteering experience but from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and part of the community. The leadership, Gye, Lior, Carlos, and Noah were all fair, kind, and gave room to make mistakes and learn from them. The other volunteers were like family to me. I'm so lucky to have met everyone. Everyone helped each other, and there was always someone to hang out with. The work hours were respected, and the work was super fair. If you are considering rogers house I say do it!

I had an amazing time at Rogers House. The people there were amazing, volunteers and staff, and i felt very welcomed from the second i arrived. The tasks are easy and the hours are respected. It was always someone there to ask if i needed help and I had enough time between my shifts to explore Israel. It was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't choose a better place.

I would 100% recommend volunteering at the hostel. The team makes you feel appreciated and welcome from the start. And they truly care about your experience and well-being. I will definitely come back since it's been such an amazing and fun time. The tasks are fair and easy. The Hostel itself has a really chill and easy-going vibe. Don't hesitate and send an application! :)

I had an amazing time at Rogers House. The team is fairly big and very social. We had a strong cohesion as a group and just in general a very harmonic atmosphere. The staff was very friendly with the volunteers and thus definitely contributed to that harmony! The tasks can be diverse and range from cleaning over fixing stuff and reception work to social media management. What you end up doing really only depends on your own initiative. Simultaneously, hours are very doable and give you plenty opportunity to explore the country! Thank you so much Rogers House for this unforgettable summer!!

Simply a ma zing! Thanks to Lior for forming this awesome hostel and its community. It was the best volunteering experience I've had. The work at Rodger's was mostly at reception, basic cleaning, cooking and other minor projects: I did a lot of special tasks matched my interests and skills. There was no pressure involved, mistakes were met with understanding and the managers and owners generally had a lot of trust for the volunteers, prioritizing our safety and well-being. The community (+/- 12 volunteers) was super positive and welcoming (thanks to the summer 2023 team you're the best <3).

The hostel was my third experience volunteering, and the best one so far!! Lior, Noa, Gye and Carlos are such good people! They are always polite and patient to explain about the work, giving tips on what to do in Israel, where to eat. Actually, my days there weren't just about work, i had a lot of fun too, as the shifts are rotated, I had enough time to enjoy Tel Aviv and travel to other cities. I left there with a warm heart and full of new friendships, I hope to meet the whole the hostel family again in the future, missing you all already. ❤️🙌✨

Choosing the hostel as my very first volunteering experience was the best choice that I have ever made. I've spent one month at the hostel and everyone/everything was just great. From the first second that I arrived I felt like home and everyone was so nice and welcoming. The tasks are easily doable but of course sometimes it was a bit harder too. The community that they developed in the heart of Tel Aviv is increadible. The house is at a great location, close to the beach, shops, metro, bus, pubs, clubs etc. I hope I can come back later on maybe as a guest or even as a volunteer again <3
