The volunteer's role is to provide support to the teacher in all tasks that may be assigned to you. In this profile, you will work with children aged 3 to 5 years. There will be daily feedback among the volunteer, the teacher, and our psychologist, in order to clarify any questions and make the volunteer's work more efficient. Lo que se espera del Worldpacker es que tenga experiencia previa en el trabajo con niños. Ya que, deberá tener cualidades, estrategias para mantener la atención de ciertos niños. Además , deberá tener mucha iniciativa, energía y compromiso con nuestra organización, maestra y nuestros niños.
Al terminar el día, tendrá una retroalimentación entre la maestra , el voluntario y nuestra psicóloga, con el fin de ser mas eficientes en el voluntariado. Los turnos son de Lunes a Viernes de 8.30 A.M a 1.30 P.M.
Cuando el worldpackers llegue en nuestra organización recibirá una inducción sobre las normas de convivencia de nuestra organización y de su puesto.
