I had a really great experience volunteering here in London. The other volunteers I lived with were friendly and supportive, and the manager, Zaeem, was especially kind and warm. He always made sure we felt comfortable and supported while working.At first, the work felt a bit challenging, but as I got used to it, it became much more manageable. Having constant support from the team helped me feel more confident and relaxed in my role.Overall, it was a positive and safe environment, and I truly enjoyed my time here. The hostel is the best volunteering experience that I ever had. The place is lovely and super well located. The environment is friendly and welcoming. The work in reception really makes you feel a sense of responsibility and belonging. The manager is always concerned about our experiences and helps to improve it every time he can. I love it! My experience in the hostel has been more than I could ever imagine. The host has been really kind and patient with me. The group of volunteers were amazing. Both, the host and the volunteers are always willing to help or answer any questions. The location of the hostel is very good, near to underground, bus stops, supermarkets, parks, pubs, coffee shops. I strongly recommend the hostel as a good experience to learn something new, to meet new people.

My experience at the hostel was truly amazing. It's one of the best places to volunteer, with the best manager, who is truly a treasure of a person—very kind, always attentive to us, and really a great human being. I am grateful for every day I spent at the hostel with the other volunteers, with whom we formed a great friendship. The hostel was my first volunteer and it couldn't be any better! The hostel is not far from the center of London and very close to the train station. I had an incredible time there, the team was nice and warm, we made friends for life (: The hostel is not big so is very calm and a chill place to stay. In housekeeping we work in pairs, so you will divide the activities with another volunteer. We were two pairs in the team, that helps a lot when you need to change your shift with some colleague to be able to travel or so. I super recommend this hostel, I felt at Home there!
