The experience

Our foundation requires volunteers to teach orphan children English and sports in a community setting, while the government of Uganda has increased access to primary and secondary education through universal primary education and universal secondary education respectively early childhood education has been left in the hands of the private sector and therefore orphan children cannot afford it due to abject poverty in their households.


What you offer

18 hours of help per week

Child Care: Caring for, playing with, and spending time with children.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

Teaching Languages: Teaching a language to the host, guests, or local communities.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Certificate: Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.

Over 18 years old

Accepts solo applications and also couples and pairs
