The experience

Ntoroko Rural Development Network is nonprofit community based young organization registered in Uganda and carrying its operations in Ntoroko district in the Rwenzori region of western Uganda along Rwenzori Mountains. The major activities are training the rural community in sustainable agriculture, Health, poverty reduction,natural environment conservation, education, savings/credit and tourism techniques.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help with volunteer work in local projects and communities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
