The Exchange

The Chain of Life Foundation Uganda provides a loving, Christian home to kids who are orphans and other vulnerable children, including blind ones. The foundation meets their physical, educational, medical, and spiritual needs. The Foundation also assists at-risk or disabled children who live in nearby villages, and provides community outreach and education programs. The foundation is funded by contributions from individuals and groups worldwide.


What you offer

4 hours of help per day

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Surf lessons: Take free surf classes at the local beaches.

Dance classes: Take free dance classes at our place.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Holistic Therapies: You can take part in any of our therapeutic activities for free.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

Uganda, Is a country which is landlocked but amazing place which is referred by many as the pearl of Africa,. The country consist of wide range of flora and fauna, the high mountain ranges , rivers and lakes But more important the wonderful culture.
Volunteers will enjoy diverse and numerous cultural experience which includes;the food, the cultural dancing, the local and cultural clothing, Marriage and family and many other like the way of living and farming .


Activities & Shift

We shall make with them the local feet wares from craft centers, do outdoor activities like going to the park and teaching them local languages.
staying with us you will learn the different ways how human race can live on planet earth, by understanding our life styles, religion, and make new friends.
