I had a really wonderful time in The Hague and I'm very grateful for this experience. I met so many lovely people and the atmosphere in the hostel was always social and welcoming. A very special thank you to Cathy, who is truly such an amazing person. She was always so kind and supportive, and I honestly saw her more as a friend than just a manager. I'm very grateful for everything she did for me. I also really enjoyed the work because it was relaxed, easy to learn, and very fair. Overall, I truly had a great time!!!

My experience in Will&the hostel was amazing, I met the best people and made life long friendship, the sense of community in the hostel just surpassed my expectations, so much that I kept extending my stay for three months. The work hours are very fair (and usually less than advertised here), the work is demanding but not that hard, you just need to be serious and open to learn. Another plus is the very central location of the hostel - you're right in the city center. I will definitely return for visits, thank you guys for these months ❤️

I would say 10/10 but there's always place for improvement so 9/10 because of the surprises on 1st floor which are not as rare as they should :)))
Beside that, the place itself is top notch with a fine touch of art and a lot of social life.
In the 4/5 months spent at W&T, most of the team changed every 1/2 months so diverse and dinamic are the words to describe it but be ready to hear a lot of Spanish and to meet people staying long term.
As I've promised I'll gladly return without a doubt, either as a guest or as a volunteer. 👌🏽

I worked as a volunteer at Will & the hostel city stay for about a month. From the moment I arrived I felt very welcomed by the rest of the staff and Cathy. The vibes in the hostel were chill and fun, everyone was super friendly and supportive! Cathy as housekeeping manager was great. She always made sure everything was okay ❤️ The work in the hostel was easy and it was great working together with all the other volunteers. Everyone was super hardworking. I would defo recommend volunteering here and hope to come back one day!

I had an amazing time at Will and Tate! I stayed there for about a month and a half and met so many wonderful people. I built great friendships with fellow volunteers and the staff, who were all welcoming and supportive. The work was enjoyable and not too demanding, and Cathy who coordinates the volunteers was always attentive and flexible with everyone's needs. I can only recommend this experience, it's a great place to create unforgettable memories :)

I met wonderful people and created so many great memories :) Working at Will & the hostel is easy if you're motivated: you just have to clean the hostel and the hotel, the hours are perfect, and the weekly schedule is great as well. I did my first volunteer at W&T during two months and I could say it was extremely worth experiencing.
The people were emphatic, super fun and respectful. Met lots of adventurous and like-minded people, worked on little projects along the shifts, had the chance to practice and improve my Dutch and overall, felt super safe and welcomed.
The management is clear and respectful and the tasks are explained properly.
The workflow is extremely easy to follow working between 3-5 hours a day. I highly recommend this place I started to call home. I will defo come back soon!!!
