I had a very good experience at the hostel. Positive things: - People working at the hostel are extremely kind. - Working hours are respected and you don't feel exploited as a volunteer; - flexible schedule (you can decide with them your days offs) - open to your ideas (you can suggest different activities, they are open to it) - hostel is confortable and extremely clean! - guests are from different countries, so you can interact with people from all over the world 🌍 I would recommend this experience for volunteers that enjoy a chill atmosphere, this is NOT a party hostel.

This was my first volunteering experience and I'm very glad it was with the hostel and hotel. I met amazing people and the staff was super nice and helpful, thank you. On my first two days I was a little confused and felt like they weren't prepared, nobody could answer any of my questions at first and on my second day I was waiting for the manager in the lobby for almost 2 hours after the agreed time. However when he finally showed up and I got some answers I felt a little bit better, but I have to say that what really made my experience special were the quests.Thank you, till next time

This was my first volunteering experience and it turned out to be absolutely amazing! From the very beginning I felt really comfortable and welcomed. The other volunteers and the staff were wonderful, always kind and ready to help whenever needed. The work is not tiring at all, but actually pleasant and enjoyable. The working hours are well organized, leaving you plenty of free time to explore the city and enjoy your stay. Overall, this experience exceeded my expectations and I couldn't have asked for a better first volunteering opportunity.

This was my first volunteer experience and I loved it! There were always 2 other volunteers while I was staying so it was super fun to collaborate with them for tours and ideas

It was an incredible experience. The hostel was super comfortable and the staff very friendly. I loved my experience. I just think they could improve the issue of task distribution. Having 3 volunteers doing the same function when the hostel doesn't have many guests is boring. Since social networks are not exploited. So it's a tip, to put social media function for the next volunteers.

This was my first volunteering experience and it was truly amazing and magical. the hostel is very clean and cozy. The staff is amazing and I got along with other volunteers so well, they meed me feel at home. All the events we organized were also very fun to make, and I loved how many amazing people I have met here. The schedule is ready from the first day which made everything very easy. I never felt alone and enjoyed my stay in the hostel and Bangkok very much. The job here is very straightforward and not hard at all. Thank you so much the hostel!

It was so much fun!
The friends I met through isanook were truly amazing. We joined tours together and went out a lot.
I was also surprised by how clean and well-maintained the hotel facilities were. It was very comfortable to live there, and it made Bangkok feel even more wonderful. I’m very grateful to the manager and staff for their kindness.

Let me start by saying I do not think I was personally the correct age demographic for this position, And that honestly there was little direction overall. No training, just told to come up with something and make a poster. There weren't many guests to manage and when there was they didn't want to participate again because I think I wasn't the right person for the demographic of the hostel. However this hostel Is in a great location. It's clean. Great bathrooms. Awesome staff. If you are going to apply I recommend you've been in this area before, and are 25+ I would stay here again as a guest!
