Honestly, spending my 4 hours a day at the studio never even felt like work, they were literally the highlight of my day!! I made so many korean friends and got a chance to look into their culture and daily life. Usually when i solo travel, i only end up hanging out with other backpackers like me and miss out interacting w/locals. But this experience definitely delivered that.
Ngl, the accomodation definitely needs major upgrades but it was totally livable. the only thing i’m sad about is that i couldn't stay and experience this much longer 😭🫶🏼

My experience at the studio was truly amazing. I highly recommend it, both for the work itself and for everything the experience offers on a cultural and personal level The managers are very committed and organized, and they are genuinely open to helping us, and providing support whenever needed The work itself is very enjoyable, but also very meaningful. Besides helping students practice their English, you get the chance to immerse yourself in the local culture. This gives you a unique opportunity to better understand Korean culture, society, and everyday life from a much closer perspective

This was my second time volunteering at the coliving language studio, and it was as great as the first time! This really is the perfect place to immerse yourself in the local culture, and the students are so nice to talk to. I met many interesting people, both locals and volunteers, and I had plenty of time to explore the city. I 100% recommend this experience!

I had an amazing time at Langsyoung Language Studio and would highly recommend for anyone who wants to spend a long time in Seoul and immerse themselves in the culture! The managers, other volunteers, and students were all so lovely and made this such a memorable experience! While some aspects of the apartment could have been improved, it was overall very liveable and in a convenient location. I feel very lucky that this was my first Worldpackers experience and my only regret is not staying longer!

My experience at Langsyoung Language Studio can only be described as wonderful. I had such an incredible time there. Everyone – the students, the managers and the other volunteers – was so kind and welcoming. The managers in particular made me feel right at home. The shifts at the studio were by far one of my favourite things about my trip!
Overall, I have no complaints about this stay (though the beds were hard), and I had an amazing time. If you want to learn about Korean culture and life, and make some friends, I cannot recommend this place enough! I would return in a heartbeat :)

It was a great experience. Both the students and the managers were lovely and made my stay very enjoyable. The managers were always ready to help and did their best to accommodate any requests. As for the job, strong social skills and being talkative play an important role. However, if you have those qualities, everything goes smoothly.
The only aspect that could use a bit of improvement is the apartment. That said, it is still perfectly livable. It is also located near the subway station, several convenience stores, and restaurants, which makes it a very it a very comfortable place to stay.
