The experience

Nodokeya is the 3 old house built by the early in "Showa" & “Edo”. and, It leaves an good atmosphere and feeling a time of old Japan. guest house of Nodokeya at Wakimachi(Udatsu old street), Mima-city, Tokushima of the Shikoku Island.

Wakimachi is very old town and, there are storage area in Japan. "Udatsu old street" is local landmarks. you can very relax for stay!

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Pub Crawls: Be a part of our pub crawls at local bars!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Beginner Japanese or Intermediate English

Between 22 and 50 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Be from outside Japan
