The experience

Hola, soy Cristian, administrador del hostel! El voluntariado consiste básicamente en labores de limpieza y recepción en un pequeño hostel que tiene capacidad para 10 personas. Necesito personas proactivas que tengan ganas de compartir, hablar y generar un ambiente grato dentro del hostel donde recibimos a todos los turistas con una cerveza al momento del check in y en general vendemos y compartimos cerveza con los huéspedes.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Beginner English or Beginner Spanish

Rules

Responsabilidades:
1-Matener la limpieza y orden de todo el establecimiento.
2-Recibir a los huéspedes e informar sobre las normas, condiciones del hostel Beer and Beer, además de pagos y servicios.
3-Mantener el abastecimiento de gas, papel higiénico, jabón, shamphoo, Sábanas y toallas. De no haber encontrarse estos utensilios en el establecimiento se debe informar con anticipación a que se terminen.
4- Sacar la basura los días lunes, miércoles y viernes a las 9:00 pm.
5-Mantener siempre la calma ante cualquier evento fuera de las normas y condiciones solicitando en el caso de hacer caso omiso a las advertencias la salida del hostel.
6-Mantener una actitud de respeto y tolerancia con los huéspedes tratando de propiciar un ambiente agradable.
