My only complaint would be it seemed to be advertised as more of a surf/yoga retreat rather than the more all-encompassing social experience it became, but this resulted in me enjoying the trip even more!

I had such a fun experience at the surf camp and I couldn't recommend volunteering here more! The types of people that this place attracts are so cool to meet and this surf camp does a really great job at providing so many opportunities to connect with everyone and foster meaningful relationships. The volunteering tasks are very simple, manageable, and I would even say fun. I really enjoyed the food, games, surfing, and excursions during my stay volunteering here. Everything about my trip was super transparent and met every expectation!

I had such a fun experience volunteering at the surf camp. It's a great place to meet travelers from all around the world and I felt very welcomed and integrated in the group immediately upon arrival. The work is relatively easy and the job task switches every week so you can try different things. Some of the jobs are also time flexible so you can do whatever you want during the day. I really enjoyed going on the excursions and participating in the camp activities. I would definitely recommend this to a first time solo-traveler!

The surf camp was my first experience solo traveling, and it was truly the best that I could have asked for! I signed up to do the volunteer position, and the work was very chill and minimal. The excursions, events, and shuttles were all planned and made everything easy as well - but it was also super easy to go do our own thing if we wanted! Danny and Grace are amazing, thank you guys for making this place my home away from home!

I loved the surf camp from start of my trip to end of trip, it has truly been a memorable experience and I will never forget the people I met and the lessons I learned. Everyone in the surf camp team was very nice and welcoming. This place is very special and u can see that the moment you arrive.
