Our volunteer program seeks to ensure a perfect balance between hours of volunteering for our hostel, hours of rest, and fun. We will train our volunteers in all tasks that are necessary for good performance, but we also make sure that our volunteer knows what the city has to offer and that they enjoy their stay with us.
There will always be a team member responsible for the volunteer.
We will divide the volunteers into the shifts and areas to help us. They will be trained to perform the tasks.
With 25 hours work a week and two days, according to the schedule made by the manager.
We do not permit the use of drugs inside of hostel or its premises.
In cases where the volunteer becomes ill and does not recover within a maximum period of 1 week, we will look for another volunteer for your place.
For those cases in which the hostel understands that the exchange is not balanced and considers appropriate to end the agreement, we offer 1 week notice for the volunteer to look for another place to stay.
