The experience

We started our hostel in 2019 and have consistently received excellent guest reviews. We're the perfect base for your Moroccan adventure, located just 3 minutes from Taghazout's main street and 5 minutes from Panorama and Hash Point beaches. Help us with reception, housekeeping, and cleaning tasks, and enjoy plenty of free time to explore.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Help Us Keep Our Vibrant Taghazout Surf Hostel Running Smoothly!

We're seeking responsible, easy-going, and with a good sense of humor volunteers to help with reception, house maintenance, housekeeping (beds, kitchen, rooftop), and ensuring a welcoming presence for guests. Our family-style approach means flexible shifts and open communication. Expect a mix of relaxed and busier days – teamwork is key!

Activities & Shift

We offer 3 flexible volunteer shifts: morning (7 AM - 12 PM), afternoon (12 PM - 5 PM), and evening (5 PM - 10 PM). Tasks focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a clean, comfortable stay for our guests.

• Morning: Focus on overall tidiness and house cleaning.
• Afternoon: Prepare rooms, handle early check-ins, and maintain bathroom cleanliness.
• Evening: Uphold a welcoming environment, manage late check-ins, and keep the hostel tidy.

Rules

Our hostel offers a balance of work and leisure. While the workload is manageable, we expect dedication and reliability. You'll have ample free time to relax and explore, but we ask you to take your responsibilities seriously. We prioritize a trustworthy and committed volunteer team to maintain our friendly hostel environment.
