I spent 5 weeks in the hostel and this hostel became a place full of beautiful memories, genuine connections and people who, in such a short time, started feeling like family. The tasks included cleaning, preparing rooms, helping with reception and taking care of guests and verything was well organised, with clear schedules and respect for working hours, which made the experience pleasant and allowed us to enjoy our free time as well. As my first volunteering experience, I would recommend this hostel to anyone, it is the perfect place to start I will carry everyone in my heart, thank u❤️

This is my first Worldpackers experience and it was absolutely worth it. Everything at the hostel was very well organized and the tasks were always clearly communicated. The 25h work week is manageable and I got to travel around the beautiful island on my days off. Sometimes shifts can get quite hectic too so on some days I would just rest or enjoy the beach after work. Paul is the best manager you can expect. He makes himself very available to the team and always willing to help. I also met amazing volunteers and guests during the experience and made some great memories.❤️

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The working hours are respected and give you plenty of free time to explore the island, learn how to surf or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. Paul, the manager, is always very helpful and available whenever you need something. He really cares about the hostel, the guests and the volunteers, and does his best to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I met so many people from different parts of the world and shared some really nice moments with them. Three weeks went by way too quickly! I'm leaving with so many beautiful memories.

My experience at the hostel was amazing, which is why I extended my one month stay to 6 weeks! The hostel has a welcoming atmosphere and I love how spacious and clean it is. The beach is less than a minute away, which is perfect for surfing! The work shifts were super organized and there was plenty of free time to enjoy Las Palmas and explore the island. Paul is an amazing manager and he is always reachable whenever you need him. I met amazing people and made unforgettable memories. I’d recommend the hostel anytime and to anyone seeking community and nature!

My experience at the hostel was incredible! I met amazing volunteers and guests, learned so much, had lots of fun and explored Gran Canaria together. I was supposed to stay 4 weeks, but I asked to stay an extra one because I didn't want to leave! The working hours are easy to manage, and Paul, the manager, is always available and helpful. The hostel is super clean, with an amazing rooftop for yoga, breakfast, beers with friends and Taco Tuesday! The ocean is right in front, perfect for reading, relaxing or surfing. An experience I wish everyone could have! 💙🌊

It is hard to describe in a few words how great my time at the hostel was. I spent some amazing 6 weeks in a relaxed and very social atmosphere, with people from all over the world. The hostel is right next to Las Canteras beach, which is perfect for surfing or just enjoying the sea. Paul, the manager, is always available, explains everything calmly, and is very flexible with the schedule (and he make the best tacos 🌮❤️). I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to combine volunteering, hostel life, and the ocean 🌊❤️

I had an amazing 5-week volunteering experience at the hostel and would highly recommend it. Paul and the team made me feel welcome from the start, and everything was well organized and exactly as described. The hostel quickly felt like a second home — great atmosphere, amazing people, and the perfect location right by the beach. The workload was fair, leaving enough free time to explore and surf. A big bonus were (some) free surf lessons and discounts at the nearby surf school. Overall, I made great memories and would definitely come back. Big thanks to Paul and the whole team!
