I spent 5 weeks in the Center and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I learned so much about life, nutrition, Yoga and meditation. And about myself as well. The retreat center is beautiful in the middle of nature, everyone is so kind and welcoming and the tasks are fun. And you can spend your time with other volunteers and live in a community. I loved it so much! Thank you the Center🥰.

This was my 1st volunteering experience and it gave me so much more then anything I could ever imagine... The property is so peaceful and the energy is very unique and special. The owners are really present and open, they really care about you feeling comfortable and having a good time. I had been given a lot of freedom and support teaching yoga, meditation and some wellness talks. Ive learned so much but more then anything, the people where amazing, it was my bday there and everyone made it so special. This experience really changed my life.

The Center is a place with incredible energy, surrounded by wonderful people. Although I had to leave earlier than planned for personal reasons, I had a very good experience during my stay. I was part of the garden team, and the tasks were enjoyable and the working hours respected. It's a place to connect with nature, yourself and people from all over the world. The food is delicious and plentiful. Although it is in Portugal, English is the main language spoken. Thank you, Richard, the whole the Center team and all the volunteers I met! Cheers

Hiiii 🤗 I volunteered at the Center for a month. The daily tasks are well organised and not hard and you get a weekly schedule so you can know what is the plan for each day. This helps a lot with organising your free time. I painted three murals during my time there and it was amazing. The food we ate was delicious all the time. I loved this experience so much, I felt like it was my home and all the people there were my family. I am very grateful for everything and everyone and hope to meet them again. 💗🙏🏼🌸

This was my first time volunteering and it was the best experience of my life.💗 This place felt like home and anytime I went somewhere and came back, it felt like a family wanting to hear about my day. I made friends for life with the other volunteers, and we had the best time together. The work was fair, and most of the time you can listen to music and the work becomes fun because everyone there is so amazing. A special thanks to Bahti and Richard for making it such a welcoming comfortable place. I hope to come back one day, and i miss it already.💞

This was my first volunteer exchange, and it was a great experience. The work felt fair, the meals were great, the people were incredibly friendly, and the amenities like the pool, sauna, yoga/mediation classes, and the opportunity to do one of the juice detox programs was great. You will also pick up valuable skills like gardening, making meals/juices, and learning how a retreat runs in general. Although the location was a bit more remote than I expected, having access to the staff car was super nice for traveling around and exploring the beach and nearby cities.
