25 hours of help per week
Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.
Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.
Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

We want our Packers to have a personal and professional learning experience, living with people from different backgrounds, social classes and ethnicities.
The Bistu Hotel will support our Packers in pursuing their dreams and commitments in the city of São Paulo!

There will be 25 volunteer hours per week, divided into 4 shifts of 4 hours and 1 shift of 8 hours, with 2 days off per week.
The schedules are fully flexible so that everyone can have a great experience, not only at the Hotel but also in the city of São Paulo.
We provide standard training for all Hotel activities; please follow them.
We have some house rules!
-During shifts, follow the schedules and proposed activities.
-During volunteering, there will be routine as well as atypical situations; always ask for help in those moments.
-We want our Packers to have a great experience; if you need any help (whether related to the Hotel or not), talk to the hosts or the management; they will be ready to help!
