My time at the hostel was so much fun! It was the perfect opportunity to meet other travellers both in the volunteers and guests that stayed there. The workers were also super sweet and Ivan is a really great guy! The reception work can be daunting at first but after a couple shifts it's quite easy, I really loved the night and breakfast shift. The work was fun and the hours were respected! In my free time being able to use any of the equipment for the park as well as discounts on tours was an amazing benefit. I would highly recommend as a place to call home while wanting to visit Patagonia!

Such a lovely atmosphere! All the staff were very kind and helpful, the work was very reasonable hours and not too hard! Perfect placement super close to town and easy to switch shifts around to get time in the national park ! The actual hostel is lovely, 10/10 breakfast haha! 😊😊

I had an amazing time volunteering here. I met amazing travelers but also spent a lot of time getting to know the staff. Everyone is so amazing, welcoming and super friendly! The hours are well-respected, the tasks are very manageable and you can easily work with volunteers to change shifts to get to explore the park. It was a very chill experience where I got to explore Puerto Natales and nature and make a lot of new friends and I'll definitely be back! Thank you all for such an amazing month!

Very nice hostel, everyone was nice and welcoming and i felt very comfortable the whole time. Everything is very clean as well. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding areas, especially if you're in to sports like hiking or climbing. They habe a delicious breakfast with waffles, fruits, eggs, cereals... I really really enjoyed my stay in this hostel and would defenitely recommend it to everyone.

I had a sweet time at the hostel :) met lots of cool people, as i was on the breakfast shift, and it was a great place to improve my spanish! most of the staff speaks a little bit of english but majority is in spanish, so most of my conversations were in spanish (or attempts at spanish)! ivan was really adaptable to unforeseen situations and javi and david made me feel very at home and comfy :) there's not much to actually do in natales but plenty in the surrounding area (in terms of hiking). thanks for everything :)

Clara and her laughter were the joy of the hostel's breakfasts. Always with a smile on her face, radiating joy. What better than waking up with that energy and warmth. Her performance as a volunteer was fantastic. She is a very cheerful, kind and charismatic person. Always with a good attitude, and with the best willingness for the tasks that were assigned to her. Clara is undoubtedly a great choice! I would choose her again a thousand times. If you have the opportunity to work with her, please don't hesitate.

I had a great experience while staying at the hostel, the owners Ivan and Orianne were very welcoming and accommodating. The hostel itself was very cozy, well organized for guests and volunteers. The hours were flexible and the tasks were easy to complete plus I learned many helpful things while working there. There's plenty of time to explore the town along with the National park nearby and I met many wonderful people and bettered my Spanish. I am honored to have helped at this wonderful place! the hostel will always have a special place in my heart. 💛

Ivan and Orianne are amazing hosts. From the beginning they were extremely welcoming and made our stay as pleasant as possible. As I went to photograph, they took me to the most incredible places I've ever been. I hope that they enjoyed the material made and that they make good use of it. I'm sure that in the future I'll come back to Puerto Natales to know more places and for sure find them again.

My experience at the hostel was very good, there are wonderful people there who make you feel very good and help with your experience. The work was never hard and I had a lot of free time to get to know the city, what I would recommend is to have a basic knowledge of English since at the hostel there are many foreign tourists. Regarding the host Iván, he is very friendly and kind, he is always joking and trying to create a fun environment, he is very understanding about shifts (work) since one day I couldn't do my shift normally but he was very understanding.
