The guesthouse location is great, super near to the guest house beach. They provide free rice and ramen in the kitchen. The work is easy and can usually be finished in under 2hours.

The guest house has an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and the assigned tasks are easy to complete within the promised timeframe. All the facilities are available for use as advertised. Overall, it was a great experience, and Busan is a wonderful place to visit. I enjoyed it very much 🌊

I spent such a great time at the guest house! I had the opportunity to meet amazing people, contribute to the life of the hostel, and get familiar with the guest house area. Chris is a great manager with a good sense of humour - you can always discuss your days off with him or ask for recommendations on activities in the neighbourhood. Aside from Chris, the whole team was great, and we worked well together. Tasks were easy and manageable - it's all about communicating with each other when it comes down to it. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for having me! ⭐️

This was my first volunteering experiences, and it was one of the best times ever! I met many lifelong friends here. I spent a month in a half at this guesthouse and other that the owner owns in Seomyeon. I absolutely recommend both! Staff was so friendly, work was so easy!! Will definitely be coming back for volunteer work and will recommend to anyone coming to Busan!!!!

I had a great time at the guest house. The job is very easy and done in 2 h maximum most of the time (it is of course dependend on how many volunteers there are). The location of the guesthouse is great, cause it is directly at the beach and at the guest house market, you are also very close to the subway station. So everything is a walkable distance. You are also very close to nature and the blueline park. The social room is amazing and you get to meet a lot of other travellers. You will share your room with other volunteers. I had a fun time with my roommates. There is nothing major to complain about:)

The place is nice. The fact they provide food as well is very helpful. The hostel is very close to the station and several bus stops. The staff is kind.

Actually, I was hesitant to leave a review. If that incident hadn't happened two days before I left, I would have given a positive one. A Thai woman threatened to hit me. My face was allergic, red and itchy, can't stand air conditioning. I explained to her. But she still chose to turn on AC. She kept cursing me ,recording a video of me, cursing my parents, repeating "fucking stupid bitch". She even hit my bed with AC remote control and threatened to hit me. I really couldn't understand why manager still let her stay there. She is super lazy and always absent for common area work.

Hello That day was so cold thats why she must have wanted to use heating. Knowing this problem, I changed you to another room. We will always try to solve the problem and try to get along with the staff. Thank you :)

The working hours were reasonable — scheduled daily from 12–3 — and we rarely ended up working the full three hours. However, unless you speak Korean, the work is limited to cleaning tasks only. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, taking out trash, and vacuuming. I personally did not experience any direct disrespect, but I did observe some interactions between staff and other employees that could potentially make people uncomfortable. I'm willing to elaborate further via private message if needed. All in all, I would come back to the guest house and I enjoyed the experience overall.

The work itself was good and easy. From a work perspective, the exchange was fine. However, the environment made the experience difficult. Some long-staying staff forgot this is a professional work exchange and business, not a personal home, which led to ignoring boundaries and inappropriate, uncomfortable situations. Jayden, the boss, was always helpful and Shauny is also awesome, supportive and kind. Feel free to message me with questions anytime privately.

My stay at the guest house Haeunde was great. The manager was welcoming, friendly, and open. On the second day I arrived, we celebrated my birthday, and I quickly became comfortable with the team. I highly recommend it to anyone.
