Zanzibar has an arabian culture. Consequently, we recommend volunteers to wear long clothes, such as pants (preferably large and comfortable), T-shirts (something to cover shoulders) during their mission.
Also, we recommend the volunteers not to sleep outside of PDS during their mission. Visits during the day is perfectly allowed, but it is required to organize a longer trip involving one night off or more before or after the volunteering mission.
