The experience

Our surf instructors are integral to our team, serving as hosts and ensuring the well-being of our clients. Additionally, we're in search of an individual capable of providing beginner surf lessons. We have a structured program in place, making the learning process straightforward. ISA certification as a surf instructor is a prerequisite for this role.

What you offer

6 hours of help per week

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

What you get

1 day off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 26 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

We're seeking an experienced surf instructor with proficiency in both surf instruction and water activities. Our beginner program encompasses activities both in and out of the water, including balance exercises and stretches. Surf coaching and surfing guide is also a necessity.

Activities & Shift

We depend of beginners to the lessons. Additionally, providing surf guidance is essential during downtimes. This involves escorting clients to optimal surfing locations and surfing alongside them, ensuring their experience is top-notch.
