Even tho you are in the middle of a busy city you don't feel like that when you are the hostel, it's really a cute and peaceful place. Petros is nice and always happy to help out with any questions/doubts you might have, and he gives good recommendations for food places or beaches and waterfalls. There's a lot of supermarkets near the hostel and it's easy to get to the city centre and the beach. It's also possible to rent bikes for the day, or monthly (like I did) it's a great way to explore Limassol.

This was my first time volunteering through worldpackers and honestly I cannot imagine a better experience than this. Lemongrass hostel is such a nice and calm place and Petros is the best host ever. The work is very chill and it only takes about 1-2 hours, so I had a lot of time to socialise and explore cyprus. I really hope to come back again sometimes.

My time at the hostel was nothing but perfect, and exactly what I needed after a turbulent past few months, it truly is, as they say, a home away from home. The tasks are simple, nothing beyond basic cleaning and housekeeping, but they need to be done well, once you're finished, you'll have plenty of free time. Petros is just an amazing host, very calm, flexible, fair, always willing to listen and help, I honestly don't have enough words to thank him for my amazing experience at the hostel. My experience at the hostel was so good! I loved everything about it.. especially the chill vibe at the hostel, the guests staying there as well as the other volunteers!! Communication with Petros (the host) was really good, the work was extremly easy and relaxed, it took max 1 hour per day and was very flexible. I had plenty of time exploring cute Limassol and other Cities in Cyprus.. big plus was also being able to swim in the sea, even in December!! I will defintely come back to this place :))

As this was my first volunteer experience, I was super nervous coming here but Petros is so understanding and flexible and made this such a great experience! I love the city, biking to my favorite beach spots and the people I met here. Studying online was very easy and I found some sweet and laptop firendly cafés . The university library is free to study in as well. I think I'm spoiled now with how easy the tasks are at this hostel, there is a lot of free time and the volunteers work together very well:)

I had such a great time at the hostel that I decided to extend one more month. The work is easy and straight forward and Petros is always around if you have any questions. This is a great place to rest and recharge, the beach is nearby, the rythm of life is slow, food is good and the sun shines. I totally recommend this volunteering!

Being at the hostel has truly been an incredible experience & has brought me so much growth. I honestly never thought I would like it as much as I do & have such an amazing time. This was my first time staying in a hostel & volunteering. Of course I was overwhelmed, out of my comfort zone especially being an introvert but I forced myself to embrace it & be open. I can't begin to explain how much fun it has been, how many friends I've made, how many opportunities have come my way. I am so happy & grateful to Petros for giving me a chance. It's AMAZING.

My experience was very good! I even extended my stay. The hostel is small, very peaceful, cozy, and has a great atmosphere. Petros is very friendly and flexible, always willing to help. The tasks are simple and well-organized, allowing plenty of free time to explore the city. The location is also great!
