We are looking for people who genuinely want to live our experience and become part of our community!
People who truly care about our guests’ experience, who enjoy being present and creating special moments. During your shift, we want to see smiles, good energy and a willingness to interact, not spending the whole time on your phone. 📵😊
We really value respect for everyone, at all times, and we are looking for people who enjoy being around our guests, having conversations, joining activities and embracing the experience of living in a hostel.
More than simply completing tasks, we want people who bring positive energy, kindness and team spirit, and who genuinely want to be part of the Destination Hostels experience!
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
