This was my 1st time volunteering at a hostel and I absolutely loved it!! The staff there were amazing, fun and so supportive. Every volunteer I was with was so lovely and even most of the guests were sweethearts too! The accommodation was nice, the food was great and the work was reasonable. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking to volunteer. It's such a beautiful community and I will definitely be back <3

Had an amazing experience! I bonded so much with the other volunteers and the staff were so kind. If there was ever any issue, Zoe always handled it quickly and I felt very supported. I loved being able to meet so many people from everywhere and explore a bit of the hostel. Can't wait to come back :)

This was my first time traveling outside of the US, in a hostel, and on a solo trip. I couldn't have chosen a better place to do all these things for the first time! You meet so many cool people from around the world and you have so much fun all the time! Obviously going out but in the hostel as well! I chose the hostel because people left reviews about it feeling like a family and it truly does. I met so many amazing people but the people that keep it going are the people that will stick with you the longest. Zoë, Howie, Abdul, John, Vitor, Fish, Nathan and my fellow volunteers were the best!

If you're thinking about volunteering at the hostel, just do it. I honestly had the time of my life and ended up staying for a month. The work is super chill, just making beds, doing dishes, helping around the hostel, taking guests out, and hanging out with travelers Big shoutout to Zoe, Fish, and Howie. You guys made this experience unforgettable. Some amazing perks are free entry to parties , free stays at their partner hostels ( nearby countries), and a team that's genuinely kind, flexible, and understanding at every step. Couldn't recommend this place more. ❤️

Volunteering at the hostel was such a fun experience! The work is basically just hanging out with the guests, in fact it doesn't feel like work at all. All the staff members are awesome and so welcoming, and the hostel itself is great too. If you're looking to have a super fun and social experience, and want your days to be filled with laughter, beer pong, and some questionable stories from the night before, this is definitely the place for it!

I loved my time at the hostel so so much. The staff are absolutely incredible, out of all my volunteer experiences they were the most kind, supportive, fun group of people I've met. I never felt unsupported in my role as a volunteer. the hostel speaks for itself - it's mad! But in the best way, I've ever had so much fun with guests and volunteers alike. I was so upset leaving, but trust me I'll be back!! I'd highly recommend this position to anyone.

Super well organized and fun hostel. The shifts are easy and allow to develop skills which you'll use everywhere. I learnt how to better interact with strangers, how to cook, how to hande guest problems quickly, how to know when to ask for help and so on and so on. During the night shift, there are also drinking games and going out to do, which feels more like a fun time than a job. And if you're done partying for the week, you can always hang out at the sister hostel, Roadhouse.
