The main downside was sometimes getting extra random tasks after finishing early just to fill the 4.5-hour shift, which could be frustrating. The atmosphere also shifted during my stay from a younger, more social vibe to a quieter, older crowd, though that depends on the guests. Overall, I had a great time, met amazing people, and would recommend volunteering here!

I would definitely recommend Cinnamon Sally! My days off were always respected, and our preferences were taken into consideration when creating the schedule. We had great communication with the manager, who was always open to feedback and suggestions for improving the hostel. The volunteers' dorm was spacious and had a fridge. The reception team was amazing!

My experience in the hostel was amazing! -Housekeeping was fairly easy (Making beds and some cleaning too) -Folk dance and pubcrawl activities were so much fun. -Staff were nice and friendly. -Nice chill working area with decent wifi to work on my laptop. -Breakfast was the best!! Overall a very social and nice hostel

I loved my time volunteering at the hostel! The environment was so welcoming from the beginning, and the staff and other volunteers quickly became like family. The work itself isn't difficult and working hours are respected. Julius was very nice and flexible regarding the schedule and days off, allowing me to explore the baltics during my time in Riga. I would definitely recommend!

I had an amazing time at the hostel. This hostel has three common rooms and some of the best vibes I've experienced while staying at a hostel. The staff here are super friendly and good to work with. Breakfast every morning is too good and they also have a free laundry service for volunteers. I really can't ask for much more. 🙏
