This is a great hostel in a great location with a great group of staff and guests. I initially arranged a month here, but then extended it for another month. The shifts are relaxed and in line with what's agreed with Esther on the initial call, and they are usually in the morning or evening so you have lots of time during the days to go out and do things. There's a sociable breakfast on the roof-top terrace for staff and guests where people often meet and make plans for the day, plus there are a few days each week with a small social event.

Absolutely have loved my time here at the hostel. Cassandra, Lalo, and José all impacted me in such a beautiful way! I am so thankful to have made friends from around the world here. Esther is extremely accommodating in terms of arranging your schedule so that you're able to explore on your days off! I would love to come back, and could not recommend this experience enough :)

Esther was incredibly kind and understanding! I hurt my foot during my stay and could barely walk and the team let me take the time to care for it (Btw the hostel is up 4 flights of stairs). I would recommend this hostel and I'd love to come again!

I can definitely recommend the hostel as a worldpackers experience! The volunteers and the staff that I got to know were great. Esther is flexible with scheduling, I had a few unexpected things come up and she was very supportive with those issues. Cassandra is also a very kind staff member who helped me go to the doctor with a Spanish-speaking volunteer when I got extremely sick. The work is fun and easy, and there are clear checklists to follow. My favorite thing about the hostel is that they are always trying to improve and they are open to feedback from guests. Miss them already! :)

The hostel was lovely! The people are so friendly and helpful, management is easily accessible if you need anything. The hostel itself is very clean and organized with plenty of spaces to hang out. I served the breakfast in the morning and loved being able to interact with the guests. There were 3 other volunteers and was a quieter environment. The work is very straightforward and the hours are exactly as agreed upon. Mexico City is huge but the hostel is in a great location to walk, Uber, or take public transportation to most places. I highly recommend this place to see the city!

Good stuff is the only thing I can say about the experience at this hostel! Friendly and caring staff members made me feel like I was home 🤩 Including the other volunteers:) the hostel is perfect for meeting new people, guests there were always so chill and easygoing 😊 Perfect place to improve my English and Spanish! The tasks I needed to do there were not hard at all! And changes on my schedule were never a problem after talking to Esther (a sunshine ☀️ I had a great time there! I will definitely go back if they allow me to do so🫶🏽

My experience at that hostel have beem so enriching for meon many levels! Not just with the tasks, the host and staff have beenamazing and engaging! After this. I will definitely return to this hostel when I cone back to CDMX!

Mi experiencia de voluntariado en el hostel fue increíble. Desde el momento en el que llegue fueron amables y me hicieron sentir bienvenida, tanto los host como los otros staff y voluntarios me permitieron tener una experiencia agradable y divertida. Ester es muy amable y siempre te ayudará si tienes planeado algún tipo de tour o actividad para que cuadre con tus horarios. Mi experiencia en el hostel me hizo conocer y aprender muchas cosas sobre mi y México, gracias por todo!
