This was the my first experience with Worldpackers and I had a really good time. Karen took care of me all the time to stay comfortable and get good experiences. She is a expert of the city and has a large connection in the city. She gave me so many experiences in the city. After all, dishes she cooks every work days were so great. I will visit again when I can speak English more fluently.

It has been the best experience I have had Karen and her family have treated me as part of her family, giving me unconditional support, I have been fortunate to be able to meet other fellow volunteers both at Karen's house and on the Worldpackers page asking me concerns getting to connect with many of them, and create bonds of friendship. In the experience of the language Karen has always been waiting for him to work on it since we wrote to each other for day-to-day activities, in conversations when we share different seasons such as breakfast and the help of a teacher weekly.

Karen was a wonderful host. From day one, she made sure i was able to immerse myself in the local culture. She recommended me a lot of places such as museums, yoga classes and community volunteering. The work varied a lot, we needed to take care of little tasks around her houses. She gave us bike to move around, even though i found public transportation to be more efficient. Good experience, I would recommend.

It was one of the best experiences of my life. This was my first volunteer with WorldPackers and it couldn't be better. The city feels like home and the host Karen is very kind. I learned a lot there, improved my English, and made some international friends. I'd love to be back soon, If you have the opportunity to come, do it. The host doesn't want free workers, she really cares about cultural exchange and different activities around the neighborhood. Also, you can save a lot of money eating in the different spots that offer free food every day.

It was great experience. i spent an amazing week in Karen's house with her lovely family. I even was invited to her husband's party it was amazing. she even picked me from the bus station when i arrived and dropped me when i left. I wish i could stay longer, but i had some other commitments. The work was pretty fare and she is also running a Non profit work so she has some volunteers you can hang out with. I Definitely recommending this experience. Thank you Karen and definitely we will meet again.
