Honestly the work can be a bit intense to start but by the end of it I really improved with practicing Spanish with the guests and got along super well with the team. Caro was very helpful whenever I called for advice even on her days off. They are flexible with the schedule if you need it adjusted a bit. It ended up being an unforgettable experience and I learnt a lot. The accommodation could be better, but it's the people that made the place a home.

Everyone was warm and welcoming, the tasks are easy, and you learn everything quickly. If you have questions or something unexpected happens, there's always someone to help. I made friends from around the world, and we shared lots of laughs and great talks. The vibe felt very family-like and they're quite flexible with the schedules too. Special thanks to Caro-she really cares a lot and I loved talking to her. The new apartment is 30 mins away,manageable by metro, but sometimes after a night shift can be a bit draining. Still: I had a great time and really recommend it! Thank you to everyone!

Working at this hostel was a great experience; the place was simple but cozy, and I couldn't have asked for better housemates, as we got along so well and had a lot of fun. From day one I felt welcomed and supported, with a patient, kind team always ready to help, so I never felt alone. I learned a lot, faced unexpected tasks that broadened my knowledge and skills, and grew more confident in my abilities. Working at "the hostel" was a really nice experience. I worked as a receptionist, and when I first started, I felt a bit nervous about my tasks because everything was new to me. However, the staff was always there to help and support me with anything that came up, at any time of the day. They also know how to celebrate your successes when you're doing well. The hostel is a great and safe place to stay and work. The work can be both very intense and calm, but it's always enjoyable. I received a warm welcome and truly felt at home (casa). See you soon!
