The experience

We would like volunteers to have interest and ability in this area. The grass will need cutting and an opportunity to grow things will be available. If you are a painter or a gardener with some experience we would be happy to have you with us for a period.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Painting & Decorating: Help with painting or decorating the property facilities.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Program Details

We welcome volunteers to our Lodge and we provide training to help you learn the skills required to get to know the work and the island. You will have either a private room or a shared room and you will be able to cook in the Lodge. Food will be provided.

Activities & Shift

You will be expected to work five days per week and work five hours each of those days. A work schedule will be available weekly.
