Working at the camping was a truly amazing and worthwhile experience! I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in disconnecting and getting more in touch with nature and camping culture in Australia.

Great place if you want to surf a lot / enjoy being in the bush. Signal picks up on beach if you really need it but there's lots to do otherwise. Work is reasonably varied during off season and very doable. Crew area very cozy and fun, Jules is a legend. Only minor issue is beds in crew area could be a tad comfier. Otherwise great place !

The first week is a big adjustment from your everyday travel but the environment will exceed your expectations. The work was fair for what was provided and you will find your people right away, ill forever be dreaming of my experience at the camping and more importantly missing the people and community!!

I can only recommend the camping, a paradise in the middle of nature. The team is amazing. There is no phone signal at the camping, so I got a lot of “me time” to do puzzles, read, and write in my journal. I also got to surf and go on trips to nearby cities and nature spots together with the other volunteers. We cooked and ate together every day, which I really enjoyed. The work is varied, some days are hard but totally bearable. Every Saturday there is an open mic at the campsite, which was a lot of fun. Thank you for this wonderful time and experience. 💚 You need to meet Freddy the Frog. 🐸😊

An amazing opportunity in such a special place. I spent 3 month here, living in a remote paradise, surrounded by the best people. the camping and crew area are so vibey and the surrounding nature is just amazing. I lived in a cute little caravan, with another volunteer. You either get to live in a caravan or a 6 bed dorm room. Working receptionen is a fun and a relatively easy job. The hours are as agreed upon, so nothing to worry about there. This is truly such a great place! I can't recommend it enough.

Truly one of the most magical experiences I've ever had—I couldn't recommend it more. The campsite is absolutely beautiful, and the people are so warm and welcoming; it genuinely feels like one big family. The work is enjoyable and rewarding, and it's inspiring to see how much care and effort the owners put into the site, especially their commitment to environmental awareness!

My time at the camping was fun! i would recommend going during a sunny warm time, the campsite will be more full, and the grounds work will be much more enjoyable in the sunshine ! i went during winter and it was very rainy and quiet. I did feel that some of the duties, for example ground workers vs reception and chef, weren't fair work wise. That being said, Jules is amazing and the crew really feels like a family. thank you for letting me be apart of your special community!

The camping was such a fun time! You really get to know so many people from all over the world, live by the beach, and connect with nature. Really a great place to unwind. Crew and management are kind and flexible, they care about you and your experience and want you to have fun.

The campsite is very nice and allows you to interact with many different people. I recommend this experience to anyone who can easily make friends. From personal experience, I think a month is the best length of stay.

The camping environment is amazing, it's lush, full of wildlife and next to a beautiful beach with the camping almost every day. The divide of the work task however didn't meet my expectations. I was merely assigned to hand sorting the bins. While I fully respect the importance of waste sorting and sustainability related tasks, I felt it would have been more balanced if there had been the possibility to rotate tasks. I decided to leave earlier than planned due to personal reasons and a mismatch with the role, and after that, unfortunately, the communication changed and felt less pleasant.
