I stayed there as a painter, house keeper, never got too overwhelmed while i was working. Hostel culture is like nothing you've experienced before from the people you meet and work with, the events that are always playing out and how summer camp the place is healed some of my inner child. There was never a dull moment at the hostel and Erin kept it interesting with fun ideas and tea you'd never expect from her. The things I would watch out for is the place is in a rough spot so if you're uncomfortable with homeless people, or weirdos this isn't for you. You will pay for ur own food. I had fun

I loved my time at the hostel! Erin was a great boss and host, she put a lot of effort into making sure everyone had a good experience, which I appreciated. I came to Colorado to snowboard, and she was very accommodating schedule wise to make that happen for us volunteers who liked to go. The hours and workload were light as winter is slow here, which gave me lots of time to hike/snowboard. Erin and staff (s/o Maya and Nick) were always available to answer all of my questions once my training was over. I recommend this position to anyone who is interested in exploring Colorado!

Volunteering at this hostel was an amazing experience! Erin, the host, is kind and friendly and knows the city and its events well. She took us to local attractions and even drove me to ski multiple times—it was super fun! The volunteer crowd was incredible, and we had many community dinners and parties for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and even birthdays. The atmosphere was always lively and welcoming. I had a fantastic time, made lifelong friends, and built unforgettable connections. This hostel truly felt like home!

Erin and the hostel are amazing! This was my first time volunteering at a hostel, my experience was phenomenal! I got to meet other volunteers from all over the World, Erin has daily activities planned for the staff and the guest's too. I made so many heartfelt memories that I will remember forever, Erin is an angel in disguise! I definitely recommend volunteering at the hostel!
