This was my first Worldpackers experience and it was definitely very nice.My fellow volunteers are wonderful people. We laughed a lot and they were always willing to help me with whatever I needed. Leah, the mgr, was understanding and willing to help. Erin, the owner, is also a very understanding and cheerful person. The tasks were not difficult. At the end of the volunteering, since it was summer, the housekeeping tasks were exhausting, having to clean all or almost all the rooms and do endless laundry. Consider this for future applications. Overall, I am very thankful for all your patience.

I loved my time with the Colorado Adventure Hostel! The fellow staff were super friendly and I felt welcome and accepted the moment I arrived. There’s a ton of opportunity to make lifelong friends and to learn so many new things!
The hostel is located very close to the mountains so it’s perfect for nature lovers. The shifts were very flexible and only working 15 hours per week I felt like I had a lot of free time to explore the city and mountains.

I spent 6 weeks volunteering at this hostel and it has been one of the most rewarding, friendliest, and fun experiences of my life. I will never forget how warm and kind everyone is and how all volunteers support and encourage each other to be the best of ourselves. The hours are very flexible and expectations and responsibilities are very clear. I loved how I was able to work different shifts so it never became monotonous. Leah, the manager, is very compassionate, supportive, strong, and capable and I’m so grateful to have worked with her. I would highly recommend this opportunity to anyone!
