I couldn't be more grateful for the experience I just had, I got to meet the most incredible people because of it. The work I had to do at the reception was pretty easy and allowed me to work remotely at the same time. Bacalar is such a magical town, with lovely people, I got to see the most beautiful places there and since I had two free days a week I also had the opportunity to travel to other places. Francisco was really patient and welcoming. I would definitely come back, thank you the hostel.

The hostel Centro Hostal was an awesome place to spend a month! It was great for me to learn Spanish and exchange English with the team there! They had plenty of volunteers so I made many friends, we cooked together often or went dancing! The hostal is clean with a beautiful garden! Diego & Francisco were very welcoming and flexible with my lack of Spanish speaking! I can't recommend this place enough! As with any volunteer places there's always a thing or two to improve. Here I would say the kitchen needs and update and they can be a bit disorganized but that's ok!

The hostel is beatyful eco camping by the bacalar lagoon, its stunningly pretty and the water is cristal clear somedays. it was a wonderful experience and all the volunteers really got along together.

It was an amazing experience. The host and the staff make you feel comfortable and they are on your side whatever you need. It is a stable business and pretty busy, thought the tasks are easy and you get a good training. You have a lot of opportunities to explore the city and the cities around as well. Gorgeous place with various activities. I definitely recommend to everyone, especially if they want to have a second family in Mexico and a joyful experience!!!

Mi voluntariado en el hostel camping fue muy grato, las personas con las que trabaje y los clientes que me toco atender muy buenas personas, un gran valor agregado el contribuir con ellos, no solo conoces nuevas personas, si no amigos. El buen ambiente hace que te sientas muy bien, además los encargados del voluntariado saben que como viajero una de tus prioridades es conocer, así que son muy flexibles con los tiempos/días de descanso que te asignan, con la finalidad de visitar nuevos lugares. Recomiendo ampliamente su programa de voluntariado, una excelente experiencia :)

Genial. Una muy bonita experiencia, todos muy amables y atentos. Fran una excelente persona y compañero. En realidad todos hacen muy buen equipo. Antonio muy amable conmigo y Diego igual siempre dispuesto a colaborar. Una parte de mi se queda en Yaché espero volver pronto. 100%recomendable para quien quiera vivir una buena experiencia. Superó mis expectativas.

Mi primera experiencia como voluntario y lejos lo mejor enserio tanto como el personal como lo otro voluntarios. Francisco el coordinador es un ser maravilloso. sumamente Empático y responsable constantemente preguntando cómo te encuentras si necesitas algo . don Marcelo jefe de cocina . un ser de igual manera increíble . dar sus conocimientos culinarios . eso no tiene valor . Fue nuestro primer voluntariado como pareja, nos sentimos en casa, Francisco se desvive realmente por hacerte vivir una excelente experiencia, el hostal es maravilloso al igual que su gente Mónica y las chicas del desayuno son un 7, al igual que Diego, Don Marcelo y Don Irán, estamos infinitamente agradecidos de la experiencia y los nuevos conocimientos adquiridos en esta experiencia, Bacalar es realmente un pueblo mágico en donde te sentirás con una libertad y seguridad única, viva el hostel en donde todos los días es Navidad 💕, Francisco te amamos
