Program Details

We are looking for responsible, autonomous, and honest people who can work without constant supervision and with initiative to detect small day-to-day needs.

We especially value those who understand that living in a house implies mutual respect, flexibility, and a collaborative attitude. We do not expect perfection or professional experience, but we do expect commitment to the agreed tasks and clear communication if any problem or discomfort arises.

Most of the work consists of simple tasks: basic gardening, maintenance of forest trails, organizing spaces, small repairs, occasional painting, and care of the pets.

We expect the Worldpacker to meet the agreed hours, take care of the materials and tools, respect shared spaces, and maintain a kind attitude toward the people who live in or visit the house.

In return, we offer much more than accommodation and meals.

We offer the possibility to live for a few weeks in a masía surrounded by forest and near the sea, in a quiet and safe setting. We share our experience, our network of friendships, and a very unique cultural and human project that we have been building for years.

We enjoy meeting the people who come, listening to their stories, helping them discover the area, and, when it naturally arises, exchanging ideas about travel, art, literature, technology, philosophy, languages, or any other interesting topic.

We share two meals a week. The rest of the meals and dinners, the participant prepares them in the kitchen of the "casita", where our on-site helper lives with his dog, which is the attached masovería and where they will have their private room.
