The Experience
We need someone who wants to exchange experience, languages, culture and also good vibes with our guests, in consideration for the help to our team, we can make sure we can provide a great experience staying with us! They will be responsible for cleaning the rooms (vacuum), changing bed sheet after the guest checks out and then help with the laundry. Bathroom cleaning, kitchen organization (refrigerator organization/trash change)

My experience in the hostel was okay. Job is easy and chill but the training is not done properly. They do include airport pick up but then you'll be welcomed and trained by other volunteer. There are 5 different hostels so consider it when you check the location, and it depends the one you get how far you are from downtown and everything. Once I had a little bit of a disagreement with Gerson and he got stressed and started yelling on the phone. After that pretended that nothing happened. Overall he is okay. Breakfast is okay -eggs, milk, tea, coffe, etc.- Hours and days off are respected.

I am so grateful for this to be my first wp experience! Gerson is amazing, funny, and total life of the party. The work is ever so easy. Just think of house chores, five days out of the week for five hours. If you're considering coming to Miami, I highly recommend this experience:)

I'm really grateful to have volunteered here and had nothing but a great time. Gershon is an amazing chill host and I enjoyed collaborating in helping him run his hostel as a volunteer in making sure the standards and expectations are met. All tasks are simple and easy, just do your job and you're good. Overall I had a good time especially with my volunteer co-workers and the travelers I met along the way and obviously enjoying my time being in Miami. I'm gonna miss everyone I met here and the good times I had with them. I would definitely come back and volunteer here again.

The stay was really great and the owner was always very friendly. The other volunteers were super sweet and very nice and we had a lot of fun together. There was a lot of free time and events with other volunteers from the other hostels.

Working with Gerson at the hostel was a great experience especially for my first time volunteering. He made me feel welcomed and made sure that I had everything I needed and constantly checked up on how the staff were doing. Would definitely recommend the hostel for anyone wanting to visit Miami
