The Exchange

We are a young organisation,situated in the eastern Uganda.Our community of Nankoma is a small town in Bugiri district, We have projects that require teachers, mentors for English and other lessons taught by the European Syllabus, our children are friendly and so are our people, We respect every visitor and offer our best experience to them by having hikes in the hills, taking village walks and also doing physical work in the classrooms.


What you offer

4 hours of help per day

Farming: Plant crops and care for animals.

Cooking: Prepare meals for guests.

Social Work: Help the local community.

Gardening: Help to grow and cultivate plants.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: Be ready to meet people while staying in a shared dorm.

Breakfast: Get your free breakfast, the most important meal of the day.

Lunch: Free lunch is served y'all, get yours!

Dinner: Have your free dinner before going to bed.

Program Details

We need help : from teaching, to training football, dancing and drama . We always require extra hands, knowledge, skills, especially teaching., marketing/communication/fundraising in order to help us with our online content and attract donors,

We promise you a fun and inspiring time : you will work among locals, get to know Ugandan culture and being rewarded by the purity of the local children!
