I truly loved my experience in Krakow! The hostel team and the pub crawl team are both great and you genuinely will leave feeling part of a family :) The hours are respected and they are flexible with the schedule if something comes up for example I had to have emergency surgery and they were accomodating :) Would recommend and I'll definitely be back to visit!

I have had an amazing time at the hostel and couldn't have chosen a better place for my first volunteering position! I worked mostly the reception shifts and helped out with pub crawls a bit, both of which I really enjoyed. Yuliya was an amazing manager, always communicating the tasks clearly, helping whenever I needed and considering our requests for days off. And the other volunteers were what really made the experience so great - they made my 6 weeks in Krakow fly by too quickly! It was super fun partying and met so many lovely people! I can def recommend it to anyone it's great!

Yuliya was one of the best hosts I've had so far!! The work was fair and I always felt supported. Krakow is a beautiful city and you're located close to everything. Overall I'd definitely recommend this experience if you enjoy partying and want to have an amazing time in Poland

I spent 4 weeks at the hostel and couldn't recommend it more! I did a mix of reception and pub crawl shifts, both of which I enjoyed a lot. The work was explained super clearly and Yuliya was there whenever I needed help with anything. The work felt varied and never got boring, and the communication was amazing the whole way through. The other volunteers and staff are what make the experience - it feels like a family away from home and I have made life long friends here. I had so much fun every day and will definitely think about coming back.

The hostel was such an incredible place to work! Yuliya is an incredible manager, so supportive and understanding. The entire team is so friendly and supportive. Tasks were exactly as laid out from the beginning, and the work was really enjoyable. I really felt at ease and welcomed from day one - I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I had the most amazing experience volunteering at the hostel! :) It was my first WorldPackers job and i couldn't have asked for anything better. The work was very easy and the hours were perfect to still be able to enjoy and explore the city of Krakow. Yulia was the best manager i've ever had in my whole life <3 She always made sure I was happy and healthy! And anytime I had a question about work she was always there to help! The other volunteers there at the same time as me were perfect, I've made friends that will last a lifetime :)) I plan to come back soon! <3
