Spending 4 weeks surrounded by such warm people felt like family. As for the children, I simply don't have the words; you instantly connect with them from the very first moment you arrive ❤️, and saying goodbye at the end is undoubtedly the hardest part . Our time at TK persib was amazing. Playing with the kids was always a lot of fun. Everyone in the village especially Abi and Umi are some of the kindest people we have met, they looked after us when we were sick and always made sure we had something fun to do after class and on the weekends. They introduced us to a lot of new friends and people of similar ages who we got along with and had fun together. I’d definitely recommend anyone to volunteer at TK persib you really get to feel like you're part of the the school.

I had the best time teaching English. Everyone in the village is kind and welcoming. the the school children and so sweet and keen to learn. Staying and immersing myself in the local culture was deeply moving. We even had the opportunity to host an English camp for 18-22 year olds where we went camping and did english lessons and games. The star of the show is Syam and umi, they ensure you are taken care of and fully involved in every activity. I would 100% recommend volunteering here and will definitely be back to visit. Thank you so much for everything!

This experience was absolutely amazing. The hosts took excellent care of me and ensured that I was welcomed in both the the school and community. I loved spending time with the kids and learning new ways to teach through singing and dancing. I highly recommend this experience for anyone who is interested in engaging with local community, trying delicious new foods, and most importantly, creating a wonderful space for children to learn and grow! I hope to visit and volunteer with them again, and the have my deepest thanks for such a wonderful experience.

I just started my travel journey, and I'm happy that my second stop was volunteering at Mr. Syam's kindergarten. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into such a warm and caring community. Not only in the kindergarten, but throughout the whole village, everyone looks out for one another and treats each other with love and respect. I had the chance to meet the children in their class and also teach them English in the evenings. This showed me both their willingness to learn and the importance of building this kindergarten. This experience was amazing, I had so much fun while teaching and playing with kids and kids were so excited to learn English!Volunteering in Abi and Umi place was very meaningful experiences. Their commitment to the children and the local community is truly inspiring. Every day, I could see how much love, patience, and energy they pour into creating a safe and supportive environment, not just at the the school, but in the wider village as well. Even though I unfortunately got sick for a couple of days, they took such good care of me… special thanks for that.

I had a wonderful time at the Kindergarten in Indonesia. The Kids Are absolutely lovely and adorable and the whole village is filled with nice people who welcomed me with Open Arms. The village itself is very cute and surrounded by beautiful nature. I am very thankful for Umi, Balqis and Syam for making my time there so special. Umi cooked amazing food for me everyday and they showed me beautiful places and da lot of nice activities with me. I am thankful for this wonderful time and I will miss all of you.

I had an amazing time! In Cibinong with Syam, I helped train students for cruise ship and hotel jobs, made lifelong friends, and supported their travel goals. I learned about different religions, cultural norms, and felt truly immersed in local life. Visiting Syam's village, seeing wild monkeys, Bandung's largest mosque, and helping at a free the school for young kids made it even more special. I tried various new foods, and Syam, his family, and his team warmly accommodated my vegetarian diet, and always strived to make me feel comfortable and welcome. I definitely recommend this experience!
