Hours were always respected and well organized in advance, giving plenty of notice to plan your free time. The town is very cute, with a vibrant and international vibe!

I had a great 1-month experience at the hostel. The sense of community is very strong. Weekly dinners are organized, where volunteers cook food from their home countries, as well as nights out. I was very lucky that the other volunteers had a similar lifestyle to mine, which made my experience 20x better. The agreed hours were always respected, although the work is demanding and requires a high level of attention to detail. As this was my first housekeeping experience and it was busy, the first week was challenging. I felt welcome from the very first minute !

I had the best time volunteering at the hostel The host is very kind, and you can really see that he cares about the volunteers. He always goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and included. The other staff members are also incredibly kind and explain the tasks very well. The tasks were well communicated, and the working hours were respected. Even though I came during the busiest weeks, we often finished in under 5 hours. You can socialize with the guests and the other volunteers. I met a lot of nice people! If you are looking for a chill place with positive vibes this is perfect

My time in Enschede was amazing. Everyone at the hostel was very welcoming and you can have a lot of fun with the other volunteers and the staff. I worked at the reception and met a lot of international people every day. The work was easy to learn for me and I definitely gained new experiences , which was one of my main goals.
