This was my first volunteering experience and I feel I couldn't have chosen a better place. The town is quiet during the week and with fairs and bars on the weekends. The hotel is very well located, right in front of the beach and two blocks from downtown. The team is loving and responsible. Eleine and Claudia were very nice to me, I was never asked for anything that wasn't in the agreement. I met incredible people and I had a great time. I was lucky to have the women's room all to myself, with a private bathroom, that made the experience even better.

My first experience as a volunteer was a great opportunity to connect with different people. The hotel is in an excellent location, facing the beach and very close to the city center. My work took place at the front desk, where I assisted guests, both at the counter and on WhatsApp, managed reservations and resolved typical day-to-day situations related to guests' stays. The team and my colleagues during those months were very good. There were problems, as with any other job, but they were resolved through communication. The final balance is very positive.

I went to the hotel with the intention of staying only a month, and I ended up staying almost three. The location is great, right in front of the river and the beach, beside the market stalls and the center. The work is quite easy: about 4 hours per day at the reception, performing check-ins and check-outs, organizing stock and payment spreadsheets, with an easy-to-use system. It's a great opportunity for anyone who wants to practice languages and meet people from various places. I’m very grateful to Elaine and the entire team for the support and warm welcome during my stay. I hope to be able to return someday.❤️
