We are looking for people who want to give us a hand for the daily running and chores of our surf camp. As a member of our team you'll mainly be responsible for the maintenance of green areas and outdoor facilities. In addition you'll maintaining our sports equipment, do small repair and touch-up work indoors and outdoors.

Our goal is first and foremost to give our guests a good and unforgettable stay. But we also want to have all employees and other people around us to have a good time. As a volunteer you are part of our team in which we work and live together and in which we want to learn from each other. That is why we expect from you that your commitment to us is completely in this sign.
An average day starts at around half-past eight. Then breakfast is prepared in the team kitchen so that we can have breakfast together from 9:00. Afterward, we plan the day together, distribute the tasks and then get to it.
We'll discuss with you every day before what exactly is to be done. But your activities are generally: mowing the lawn, weeding, sweeping paths, trimming hedges and so on as well as the maintenance of sports equipment, small repair works inside and outside.
Normally we expect you to participate in our activities from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.. After that you have free time. In principle, you'll work 5 days a week, usually from Monday to Friday or otherwise by arrangement.
